Trauma Resilience and Recovery Project - Opioid Extension - Formative Development
The purpose of this study is to see how a mobile application can be used to help adolescent and young adult patients recover from traumatic injuries.
Our team is interested in behavioral and emotional aspects of recovery, including mood, stress, and use of pain medications and other substances following discharge from the hospital. We also are interested in gathering feedback and reactions to an existing technology-based platform we will be adapting for use in young people who have experienced trauma to help them recover more quickly.
The study involves a single 20-30 minute session that can be conducted in person at Riley Hospital or over the phone. Participants can earn up to $15.
