Overview

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of PCSO-524®, and a blend of PCSO-524® (75%) and krill oil (25%) (ESPO-572®), on indirect markers of muscle damage, inflammation and soreness during recovery from muscle damaging exercise.

Description

This study lasts 7 weeks and requires 8 different laboratory visits in the School of Public Health.
Participants will be compensated for their participation upon study completion.

Eligibility

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions:
    Healthy
  • Age: Between 18 Years - 30 Years
  • Gender: Male

Inclusion criteria
Exercise no more than 3 times per week for 30 minutes each day
