Overview
The purpose of this study is to use a web-based tracking system for Southern Indiana Community Health Care patients and residents of Orange and Crawford Counties to better understand their experiences, symptoms, and behaviors during the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) response.
Description
Paritcipants will complete one or more online surveys through April 2021, enter COVID-19 related symptoms each day, and answer questions on their current health status and COVID-19 related behaviors and attitudes.

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Age: Between 18 Years - 100 Years

Gender: All
Individuals at least 18 years of age who are patients of Southern Indiana Community Health Care or residents of Orange and Crawford Counties.
