What is an EEG?
An electroencephalogram (EEG) is a brain imaging technique that measures electrical signals from your brain using a cap with attached sensors. The cap is like a swim cap and the sensors just rest on the outside of your head.  EEG does not put any electricity in you. It just records what your brain is doing. It is safe for all ages.
