The purpose of this study is to investigate cognitive processes used when individuals search for items in their memory.

The purpose of this study is to investigate cognitive processes used when individuals search for items in their memory.

Eligibility

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions:
    healthy
  • Age: Between 18 Years - 40 Years
  • Gender: All

Inclusion Criteria
Native English speakers
Weigh under 440 lbs
Right handed
Exclusion Criteria
Metallic or mechanical implants
Forms of metal on their person that cannot be removed
History of epilepsy
Pregnant
History of claustrophobia
Current or past serious medical/neurological condition
Current diagnosis of psychiatric illness
Current psychotropic medication for psychiatric illness
Under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of testing


Additional Information:
This study takes place in Bloomington, IN and is only recruiting participants from the IU Bloomington community.

Participants will be paid for their participation.
