Eligibility
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Age: Between 18 Years - 35 Years

Gender: Female
Inclusion Criteria
Participants will include young (18 to 35 years), healthy individuals. ?
Participants will be female, moderately active individuals. (>150minutes of exercise/week or more)
Participants will not be presently taking any form of birth control, and have not for at least 6 months prior to involvement of the study.
Participants will have had normal, monthly menstrual cycles for at least the last 6 months.
Exclusion Criteria
Any indication of heart, respiratory, or kidney disease as reported from a standard Pre-Screening medical questionnaire (See attached ?PAR-Q).
If currently uses tobacco/tobacco products or have regularly used it within the previous two years.
If regularly use any kind of prescription medications for any psychological or physiological disorder.
If unwilling to abstain from alcohol, caffeine, or intense exercise 24 hours prior to testing.
Additionally, we will exclude any subject with a BMI > 29.9 kg/m2.
Participantss with current, irregular menstrual cycles (amenorrhea) or who had had irregular menstruation patterns for greater than one year.
Participants currently taking any form of hormonal birth control.
Participants currently taking any hormonal medication for other issues (i.e. hypothyroidism)
