Overview

The purpose of this study is to investigate the underlying neural architecture that supports the processing associated with video game playing and learning.

Description

The purpose of this study is to determine how video game player and non-video game play impacts hippocampal processing after a 40 minute playing session using magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and fMRI.

Eligibility

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions:
    healthy
  • Age: Between 18 Years - 25 Years
  • Gender: Male

Inclusion Criteria
Have normal or corrected-to-normal vision between 18 and 25 years old with no known mental disorders who are safe to have an MRI
Right-handed

This study takes place in Bloomington, IN.

Participants will be paid for their participation.
