Overview
The purpose of the study is to better understand how people who work with or benefit from the Lord?s Acre describe and relate to the work performed by the organization.
Description
The purpose of this study is to determine how the "work" of a nonprofit organization may be understood as meaningful rituals by those who are employed are volunteer within such organizations.
Eligibility
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Age: Between 18 Years - 100 Years

Gender: All
Inclusion Criteria
Participants will be eligible if they are over the age of 18, and are identified as either a staff member, volunteer, or recipient of the Lord's Acre garden's produce.
Participants will not be paid for their participation.
