Information needs in food related IADL for people with mild and moderate dementia.

Study Overview

The goal of this study is to understand what information patients with dementia need to help with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL), in particular, how they currently manage and perform tasks related to food and eating. The findings from this study will aid on the design of new technologies that could help people with dementia and caregivers on their food and eating habits.

Study Description

The goal of this pilot study is to collect data about information needs related to food practices with patients with dementia that can support/complete the model built on current literature and provide basis to the design of a PID intervention.
