A Phase 2 Randomized Double-blind Placebo-controlled Study to Evaluate the Safety and Microbiology of C16G2 Administered in Multiple Oral Gel Doses to Adolescent and Adult Dental Subjects



Study Overview

The purpose of this study is to assess the effects of C16G2 Gel given several times to adolescents and adults. The study will also see if C16G2 gel reduces the amount of S. mutans and other bacteria in saliva and dental plaque.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety of multiple C16G2 Gel administrations in adolescent and adult dental subjects.
