Primary Investigator

Overview

The purpose of this study is to learn if new computer programs that control how the MRI scanner produces images (called ?pulse sequences? or new coils that transmit and receive radio waves and magnetic pulses used to produce MRI images) are better than the pulse sequences and coils we use to diagnose and monitor disease within the chest, abdomen, spine, arms, or legs. We are looking for healthy volunteer willing to undergoing imaging to help develop these new techniques.

Description

We currently have a protocol in place to allow the use of non-FDA approved sequences and coils in patients for whom MRI examination is clinically indicated (9404-11), but not in healthy volunteers. The purpose of this study is to allow us to develop, opt
