Overview

The purpose of this study is to collect blood samples from both subjects diagnosed with a psychotic disorder and those who are not. The study consists of one blood draw, some cognitive assessments, and an interview

Description

The primary objective of this study is to collect and contribute blood specimens together with clinical information from subjects with psychotic disorders and matched psychiatrically healthy controls to a repository that will be maintained at Indiana University.

Eligibility

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions:
    psychotic disorder,healthy,Psychotic Disorders Repository
  • Age: Between 14 Years - 65 Years
  • Gender: All

Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosed with a mood or psychotic disorder
OR
Health control (no past or current history of a major psychiatric disorder)
Exclusion Criteria
Unwilling to give consent
Inability to give consent/assent with appropriate consent be a legal representative
Unwilling to complete visit procedures
