Analyzing the efficacy of Labetalol vs. Nifedipine in increasing the interval between diagnosis of hypertension and progression to pre-eclampsia.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of Labetalol and Nifedipine in increasing the time between diagnosis of hypertension and diagnosis of pre-eclampsia.
