The Building Blocks of Pregnancy Biobank

Overview

The purpose of this study is to collect biological samples (like blood, urine, saliva, nasal swabs, and breast milk) and personal health information about your health and your pregnancy.  The samples and information will be used in research studies in the future.  This collection of biological samples and health information is commonly called a Biobank.

Description

Participants will be asked to provide biological samples at different time points during your pregnancy and delivery of your baby. 
 
These samples may be collected when you are getting other clinical tests done or you may be asked to have your blood drawn utilizing a drive up location or research visit. 
 
Your health information will also be collected.

Eligibility

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions:
    pregnant,pregnancy,healthy,Pregnancy Biobank,Pregnancy Biobank,Pregnancy Biobank,Pregnancy Biobank,Pregnancy Biobank,Pregnancy Biobank,1011003384,Pregnancy Biobank
  • Age: Between 14 Years - 100 Years
  • Gender: Female

Inclusion/Exclusion Criteria:
·       14 years of age or older
·       Pregnant
·       Planning on delivering at an IU Health hospital or
     Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital
