The purpose of this study is to better understand how eye movements are related to information processing in healthy people and people diagnosed with schizophrenia.

The purpose of this study is to better understand how eye movements are related to information processing in healthy people and people diagnosed with schizophrenia.

Eligibility

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions:
    Schizophrenia
  • Age: Between 18 Years - 55 Years
  • Gender: All

Inclusion Criteria
Have no history of electroshock therapy
Have no history of neurological illness
Have normal hearing
Have normal intelligence
Have no alcohol use in the 24 hours before testing
Exclusion Criteria
Cardiovascular disease
Neurological disease (with the exception of cerebellar subjects)
Meeting criteria for antisocial personality disorder

Additional Information:
This study is taking place in Indianapolis, IN and Bloomington, IN.

Participants will be paid for their participation.
