Pharmacokinetics and Modeling of Betamethasone Therapy in Threatened Preterm Birth

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic, and pharmacogenetic parameters of betamethasone and determine the differences in responses and benefit in pregnancy.
