Overview

The purpose of this project is to determine the effects of certain kinds of body and brain training on thinking ability, physical fitness, mood, and daily living skills.

Description

We are proposing a pilot clinical trial of a novel combined exercise and cognitive training intervention to delay cognitive decline in community-dwelling older adults with MCI.

Eligibility

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions:
    Mild Cognitive Impairment,Brain and Physical Activity
  • Age: Between 65 Years - 100 Years
  • Gender: All

Inclusion Criteria
English speaking
access to telephone
able to provide consent
willing to use a computer or be on video conferencing
Exclusion Criteria
elf-reported diagnosis of dementia or Alzheimer disease
no other serious medical conditions
living in assisted living center or nursing home
