Overview

The purpose of this study is to understand how the structure of the brain affects brain organization and brain function.

Description

The purpose of this study is to examine brain anatomy and functioning by running structural and functional MRI scans (T1- and T2- weighted scans, diffusion imaging scans, EPI scans), and integrating the data across these scans to understand how brain anatomy can influence brain function.

Eligibility

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions:
    Healthy,Agenesis of the Corpus Callosum,circumscribed brain lesion,Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Age: Between 12 Years - 100 Years
  • Gender: All

Inclusion Criteria
Individuals with Agenesis of the Corpus Callosum (AgCC)
Individuals with circumscribed brain lesions
Individuals with an Autism Spectrum Disorder
Healthy individuals
Exclusion Criteria
History of severe psychiatric illness
Drug abuse
Vision problem
Pregnancy
Claustrophobia
