Overview

The purpose of this study is to learn more about language, thinking, insight, learning, attention, memory, and symptoms in individuals with Severe Mental Illness.

Description

The purpose of this study is to investigate how disorganization, cognitive processes, and insight are related to one another in individuals with Severe Mental Illness.

Eligibility

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions:
    Schizophrenia,Schizoaffective disorder,Schizophreniform disorder,Psychotic Disorder NOS,Healthy,severe mental illness
  • Age: Between 18 Years - 100 Years
  • Gender: All

Inclusion Criteria
Schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, schizophreniform disorder, psychotic disorder NOS or Healthy
Speak English fluently
Exclusion Criteria
History and/or current diagnosis of mood disorder with psychotic features
History of neurological illness or Traumatic Brain Injury that resulted in loss of consciousness
Healthy: History and/or current diagnosis of psychotic disorder
History of psychosis symptoms
