Overview
This is an application requesting to set up a data repository for data that was collected from patient medical records for a previous IRB-approved study (study# 1011003460). The previous study was closed on August 1st, 2013 when personnel retired. At the time of study closure, the data should have been deleted but it was not. Because of the value of the data collected and its potential to substantially impact improved care for our patients and their babies, we are now seeking approval for this data repository so that the data can be used for various research purposes.
