My Lungs have a pH?

Overview

pH is a measurement of acidity. Lung pH, or airway pH, is the measurement of acidity in the lungs and airway specifically. Airway pH varies from person to person, depending on their health. Because of this, IU School of Medicine is collecting an airway pH spectrum from a variety of people with and without lung disease.

We are currently looking for individuals with a chronic lung disease to inhale a study drug that will increase their airway pH.
