Overview
Because the future health implications of COVID-19 is unclear, we are asking people who have been tested for COVID-19, either positive or negative, in a healthcare facilty to sign up to be notified of future COVID-19 studies.

Been tested at, or received results from, an IU Health facility related to COVID-19 testing
