Overview

The purpose of this study is to test the impact of a web-based resource, the Cancer Care Road Map Goal Activity, designed to help people with advanced cancer identify, evaluate, and communicate their most important goals during treatment or care planning. We will assess how often patients access the resource during their cancer experience and how it impacted their experience.

The intervention will focus on the identification, evaluation, and communication of patient treatment and personal goals

Eligibility

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions:
    Cancer
  • Age: Between 18 Years - 100 Years
  • Gender: All

Inclusion Criteria:
  • 1.      Age greater than 18 years
    2.      Diagnosis of cancer
    3.      Radiographic evidence of advanced cancer
    4.      No curative treatment available at time of enrollment
    5.      Anticipated to experience radiographic progression of cancer within twelve months of enrollment in the opinion of the collaborating oncologist
